Enterprises planning CRM upgrades or replacements should benchmark vendors on time saved per seller per week, not just feature checklists.

Vertical CRMs will continue to emerge in industries where generic platforms require heavy customization—construction, healthcare, real estate, and logistics are all candidates. Buyers in those sectors should track whether vertical vendors can maintain product velocity and avoid being acquired by larger platforms that will eventually deprecate the specialized features.
